Antique porcelain tankard set featuring matching hand painted cups. The tankard is painted with a lighter colored background mixing with reds and deep green at the bottom. We find red and purple grapes on the vine with large leaves wrapping around the body of the tankard. There are six matching cups in very fine porcelain each depicting a different berry.
The hallmark of three crown with Vienna Austria on bottom of tankard tells us that the porcelain was manufactured in the late 1890s to 1900. We also see the name of the artist Crowe as well.
The tankard measures 13 3/4 inches tall, the opening is 3 3/4 inches in diameter and the base measures 5 3/4 inches in diameter. Each cup measures 3 3/4 inches tall with a 3 inch opening. The only damage we found is a tight spider line on one of the cups. This is a superb antique set from Vienna Austria!
