An antique desk clock featuring a key wound mechanism and celluloid frame. The porcelain case is decorated with purple floral transfers and dark green edges. The clock is currently not working and will need cleaning and servicing.
The movement was crafted in Wurttemberg, Germany. The porcelain case is marked with a mold number and hand written numbers. We would date this turn of the 20th Century for manufacturing time frame.
Measuring 5" high and upon inspection we find two tiny dings on the bottom of the case. These could easily be covered with ceramic cold paint if so desired. The crystal and settings for clock are intact as well as the celluloid frame.
