This work is app. 8.5"x6.5" with 104 pages. This has cloth over embossed hard-boards with gilt decorations and gilt page ends. This is in good to very good condition overall with a little corner, edge, spine wear and bumping. There is a little cracking along the hinge, but the binding is tight and all pages are intact. The book is complete. There is age toning. There is some yellow spotting here and there inside mainly at the inside blank pages to the contents page and then again on the back blank page and last page. The title page and page opposite have some old moisture staining along the hinge - no smells - no mildew - just looks like water was slopped down it at one time.
