This work is app. 8”x5” with 226 pages. There is advertising at the back. This has leather covers and spine. This is in good reading condition only as there is quite a bit of wear - it is complete. There is corner, edge, spine wear and bumping along with chipping of the leather. The covers have been hand sewn to the spine somewhere along the way! The binding is tight and all pages intact. The book is complete. There is quite a bit of browning and spotting with age but all is legible. Page opposite title page has a name on it in pencil and a hole in it. There is some very old moisture staining here and there throughout, but NO sticking, smells, or mildew!
