This book is app. 7.5"x5"x1.5" with 441 pages for the first part and 292 for the second. This has cloth over decorated hard-boards. This is in good condition overall with corner, edge, spine wear and bumping. There is some cloth wear at edges and spine tips. The hinges are cracked so there is some slop to the spine. The binding is tight and all pages are intact with the exception of one illustration plate that is missing and one plate is within but loose. The book is complete but for the one missing plate. There is age toning and some yellow spotting here and there within.
