This is app. 8"x4.75"x1.75" with 645 pages. This has leather spine with hard-boards. This is in good reading condition only as there is quite a bit of wear especially to the covers, but it is complete. There is corner, edge, spine wear and bumping. There is chipping to the leather and cracking along hinges. There are some bends to the cover boards as shown in the 3rd photo. The covers are loosening but are still intact. The front hinge has been re-enforced on the inside by a job of hand sewed stitches! The binding is tight and all pages intact. There is old water staining inside, but NO mildew - sticking or smells. There are a few dried flowers inside. There is tanning to the pages and spotting. It is not an attractive tome due to the wear, but it is readable and all there!
