This work is app. 9.25inches x 7inches with 352 pages. This has cloth covered hard boards with embossing and decorations. It is in good reading condition overall with wear with corner, edge, spine wear and bumping and some soiling. There is fading to the gold gilt lettering on the front and spine. There is loosening to the covers but attached still. The hinges are broken so there is slop to the spine but the spine is tight and all pages are intact with the exception of the blank page at beginning which is missing and page 17/18 is missing but we went through page by page and that was it. James O'Neill has the remains of pencil markings on him and some rubbing. Page 164 is ripped. There is a small inscription in ink at bottom on page 213. There is some age toning. The inside is clean overall and there are no offensive odors.
