First introduced in 1949, 1947 and 1948 patents, Cambridge Glass configurable units became the rage on Mid Century dining tables. The choices for assembly were many with high and low candlesticks, bobeches and nappy cups, epergne vases, and triple candle arms. Imagine floating fresh flower heads, fruits or sweetmeats floating in the cups with fresh flowers in the epergne vases and along with the soft light of 3 candlesticks. The top can be either a candlestick or another cup. The limit is only your imagination!
This set is scarce with a tall elegant candlestick with 2 triple removable arms, 4 bowls, 3 epergne vases, a triple candle arm, and the elegant tall candlestick. You can make the central tall candlestick as elaborate as possible or simply depending on the occasion. A set this large and versatile is very scarce. There is no damage to any of the pieces. When all complete in one display, the height is 18 inches.
