Dating mid to 3rd Quarter 19th century, this lovely hatpin holder is a figural bust of a lady. The style is mid 19th century. The colors are hand painted. Thee are 12 holes for hatpins. She is really pretty with floral drop earrings and floral necklace above her neckline. She is in very good condition, she has one small flake along the bar running down the middle of her hair as pictured. She is quite unusual from what are normally found, a lovely example of a hatpin holder.
