This set of 4 classic Blue Willow divided chop plates are marked "Occupied Japan (1945-1952). The cobalt is so rich it has a slightly flowed so may also appeal to flow blue collectors. It is heavy stoneware (almost 2 1/2 lb. each) and the color is deep rich cobalt blue. The condition of the plates is excellent. The plate measures about 10 1/4 inches across and 1 1/8 inch high.
