Art Deco elegance! Dating from circa 1920’s-1930’s, this vintage ring features a synthetic ruby in an raised mounting. Four prongs hold the lab-created ruby securely in place and allow light to flow through the stone to accentuate its crimson color. Please note that the prongs show some uneven wear, as is typical of previously-loved vintage pieces. A gorgeous example of Art Deco craftsmanship, an open-cut trellis wraps around the mounting and onto the shoulders of the ring as they merge into a smoothly polished shank. A 14k stamp inside the shank verifies the ring’s gold purity. In excellent condition, this beautiful ring would make a wonderful gift for someone who treasures vintage jewelry.
