Keep the romance alive for a lifetime and beyond when you propose with a vintage engagement ring! Dating from the Art Deco Era, circa 1930’s-1940’s, this beautiful ring is fashioned in 950 palladium, a precious metal in the platinum family. The face of the ring showcases an European cut natural diamond solitaire with .68 carat weight. An open port on the underside of the bezel holding the diamond in place allows light to flow through the stone for enhanced brilliance and sparkle. Cutwork detailing around the mounting attests to the ring’s Art Deco provenance and the creativity of its designer. Four single cut diamonds with a combined .08 carat total weight adorn the shoulders of the ring and lead into floral garlands that taper into the shank. Smoothly polished on all surfaces, the interior of the shank bears a 5% IRID P stamp verifying the ring’s palladium composition. The lovely ring from yesteryear is in excellent condition and is sure to delight your bride-to-be!
