This entrancing pendant would make a wonderful gift for someone who loves vintage jewelry! Fashioned in high purity 18k yellow gold, this Victorian piece was possibly worn as a brooch at one time, but was re-purposed as a pendant sometime in the past. The pendant is circular in shape and features natural diamonds and natural pearls. A creamy-lustered pearl takes pride of place in the center of the pendant and is surrounded by a ring of rose cut diamonds. Framed in narrow bars embossed in black enamel, the prong-set diamonds carry .08 carat total weight. A third concentric ring showcases eight smaller pearls in fluted bezels of polished gold. The fourth concentric ring forms the base of the pendant and is bordered in beads of gleaming gold. Adding even more allure to the piece, a lasso-styled rope of twisted gold seems to capture the topmost ring. The sides of the rope converge on the top of the pendant to form a bail so that the piece can be worn on a chain of the wearer’s choosing. In pristine condition, this intriguing pendant has been professionally tested to verify its 18k gold composition.
This piece measures 1 3/16" (30.0mm) tall including the stationary bail, 1 1/16" (26.8mm) wide, and weighs 7.5 grams. The bail will accommodate up to a 2.8mm chain.
This piece has been professionally cleaned and is ready for immediate wear!
We guarantee this piece to be 18k gold as tested. Please check out the enlarged pictures.
