Carry forward the time-honored values of true love and commitment when you propose with a vintage engagement ring! This exquisite ring dates from the Art Deco Era, circa 1920’s-1930’s, a time period celebrated for its innovative designs and meticulous craftsmanship. Fashioned in high purity 18k white gold, the ring features five (5) natural diamonds. The centerpiece of the ring is an European cut diamond solitaire of .30 carat weight, VS2 clarity, and J color. The solitaire is bead-set in a raised, illusion-style mounting that reflects light toward the stone to give it the appearance of larger size. Borders of milgrain white gold around the solitaire lead to the four accents diamonds adorning the corners of the frame. Altogether, the single cut diamond accents carry .04 carat total weight, VS1 - VS2 clarity, and H - I color. A stellar example of Art Deco creativity, a cutwork trellis embellished with flowers wraps around the top and bottom of the mounting and flows onto the sides of the ring. The shank of the ring is smoothly polished on both the interior and exterior surfaces and contoured to ensure a comfortable fit. An 18k stamp inside the band verifies the ring’s gold purity composition. Absolutely gorgeous, this immaculate engagement ring is the first step to a happy future together!
