Cherish a beautiful piece of yesteryear with this vintage ring! Dating from the 1920’s-1930’s, this Art Deco piece is fashioned in platinum, a precious metal prized for its strength and enduring beauty. The face of the ring showcases a genuine blue spinel of 2.66 carat weight prong-set in a bezel of contrasting yellow gold. Beautifully faceted to accentuate its slate blue radiance, the spinel is ported from the underside so that light passes freely through the stone for enhanced brilliance and sparkle. A filigreed-platinum trellis adorned with single cut high quality diamond accents of .31 carat total weight, VS1 - VS2 clarity, and I - J color wraps around the blue spinel and flows onto the shoulder of the ring. The shank is smoothly polished on the interior and exterior surfaces and contoured to ensure a comfortable fit. In wonderful condition, the ring has been professionally tested to verify its platinum and gold purity composition. This lovely ring would make a great addition to any collection of vintage jewelry!
