Kappa Sigma Antique Badge - 14k Yellow Gold Pearls 1905 Fraternity Pin

This great fraternity badge features a crescent framing a star. The crescent bares the black enameled symbols of crossed skeleton keys, a skull and cross bones and crossed swords atop a textured background. There is some light wear and/or loss to the symbols; but, they are in overall good condition. The star is accented by a genuine pearl in each arm, as well as a circle pearls in it's center. The pearls frame the Greek letters, Kappa Sigma, in the center of the star. The surface of the star is done in black and white enameling which has a bold color and is in good condition. The piece is ported to allow light to shine on each of the gemstones. The back of the badge is engraved with a Psi symbol and initials that appear to read O.W.T. It is also engraved '05 dating it to circa 1905.

This badge measures 1/2" (12.7mm) tall, 1/2" (12.6mm) wide and weighs 1.7 grams.
