Vintage Early American Character 12” Doll 1950’s Original Dress

Here is an American Character Tiny Tears 12 inch Doll. She is an earlier version with the hard plastic head and vinyl body. She is wearing her original dress and booties. Tiny has lost some weight over the years and her dress is a tad bit big. There are 2 Small soil spots on the back. No missing hairplugs. Clear sleep eyes. There are a few lashes that are a tad bit shorter. A speck of soil to side of one cheek. No damages to vinyl body.
