Here a rare Amosandra Doll designed by Ruth Newton and Produced by the Sun Rubber Company in the 1940's. She is a drink and wet doll with moveable arms, legs and head. She is 9 inches long. She is marked on the back of her neck Amosandra Columbia Broadcasting System. Also marked on her back the Sun Rubber Company. She has a delightful cherub expression. These dolls are very rare and most of the time melted away as were exposed to heat. Overall, due to the rarity and condition of most that have survived she is very nice. She has no odors. She no longer squeaks. Some paint loss to her molded hair. Arms and legs are not loose. No splits or cracks to body. She is missing a portion of her left fifth finger. On her righ thand she is missing very tiny tip of 2-4th fingers and majority of 5th finger. She is beautiful on display and rare. She is dressed in a vintage red and white sunsuit. She will also arrive with a vintage bottle, blanket and bathrobe. A red and white checked pillow will also be included.
Her original cloth white and red polka dot diaper is also present (although soiled maybe cleaned if new owner decides to wash). Also, included are two vintage cloth Amosandra size dolls. An early Ruth Newton Squeak Toy Dog that has her stamp is included as well.
