This vintage 1950s designer party dress, an embroidered black taffeta frock by Perlberg is very special. Fred Perlberg Dance Originals, a label renowned for producing some of the most beautiful party and evening dresses of that era, created this beauty and it is simply divine. The design is classic and features a fitted bodice with a darted bust and full skirt with a luxurious 170 inch sweep and a back metal zipper topped with a ribbon bow. The dress is full lined and the skirt has a semi stiff lining giving it a flirty flair even without a crinoline, please note that the crinoline used in the photos is not included. This fab frock is in excellent vintage condition, it is clean and ready to wear and is a true black, some of the pictures have been lightened to show detail.
