This vintage Oscar de la Renta jacket, a Donegal tweed wool sports coat from the 70s has the classic style and easy elegance that makes it as relevant today as it was 40 years ago. Wonderful earthy mink, camel and taupe tones with bright dashes of color look great with most any shirt or polo. The color is best represented in the picture of the sleeve. The jacket has braided leather buttons and a single vent back and is fully lined in signature OR fabric and beautifully tailored for a sophisticated fit. In excellent vintage condition and has been dry cleaned and stored since the late 70's. If I remember correctly, the jacket is a size 44 or 46 Long, but please use the measurements given on the the drawing, pictured last, to gauge fit. Tweed has a long and illustrious history, this ancient fabric was the ideal sporting attire of the 19th and early 20th century gentleman and as such it was the performance fabric of its time. This is a terrific sports coat that is sure to become a wardrobe staple!
