This vintage Deco Esha Randel necklace with diamante rhinestones is a superb example of vintage German Machine Age jewelry. Known for his design acumen and well engineered construction, pieces by Randel are rare finds indeed. His designs reflect the Art Deco period, striking and symetrical and a befitting homage to the machine age. Randel used mother of pearl frequently, this necklace is one of his rare all rhinestone pieces and it is stunning. The clear rhinestones are dazzling against the rich, warm glow of the silver finished settings, it is splendid, a classic look for the ages. The focal point of the piece is a series of pave diamante spokes and every other one is punctuated with a clear chaton. The necklace measures 17 inches and is adjustable and in wonderful vintage condition. There is one teensy rhinestone missing, noticeable upon close inspection only. I've had this necklace for ages and never even noticed it until today while I was looking it over with a magnifying glass. The necklace is signed Esha in a half moon and Randel. This rare and important necklace is perfect for collection and a delight to wear!
