This sweet French tinted real photo postcard (RPPC) pictures two beautiful little girls playing with their gifts beneath the Christmas tree. One girl, dressed in pink, kneels by the tree and reaches for a pretty bisque-head doll wearing a bright red dress. The other girl, dressed in blue, stands holding a blue rubber ball. I especially love her cute striped stockings! Additional toys, including a shiny metal horn, a tin-litho sand pail, a stuffed horse on wheels and a wooly little lamb, are pictured. The tinting is minimal but stunning, with bright pops of red, blue and pink. The glossy sepia-tone image is nice and clear with excellent color. This postcard has a divided back with handwritten message and address. The postmark is dated December 21, 1907. The stamp and an additional partial postmark appear on the front top right corner of the card. This card is in good condition with minor corner bumps, light surface wear, age toning and spotting on back, as pictured.
Please look carefully at all of the photos provided. I have photographed this card under LED studio lights and artificial full spectrum light to allow you to see the details. Please note, different monitors may display colors differently.
