Makes an adorable 1920's party dress for your little flapper. Short dress is gathered at the top for fullness, with wide scalloped collar, short sleeves and scalloped hemline, all trimmed with rows of ruffles and frills dotted with dainty silk ribbon flowers and bows (instructions for making flowers are included). Matching bloomers have plain top waistband and frilled leg bands.
Suggested materials are: View A Crepe de Chine, Organdie, Cotton Voile, Silk or Cotton Georgette, trimmed with Valencia Lace and ribbons of harmonizing color. View B Pin Dot Voile or Pin Dotted Swiss with Organdie frills to match dot color and ribbon to match or to contrast. View C Taffeta with matching taffeta ruffles and contrasting ribbon.
The pattern pieces are unprinted, factory die cut and factory folded. They appear unused. Directions for cutting and making are included, as are instructions for making the ribbon flowers. The pattern envlope is in good, clean condition with corner bumps and some edge tears. It is complete and easy to read, with intact top flap.
