This is an exceptional example of antique inlaid furniture from the Art Nouveau Period. It is Circa 1890 and English in origin. This beautiful fall front desk is an excellent example of the fine craftsmanship from that elegant bygone era. The lid is inlaid in Mother Of Pearl and exotic woods creating a floral and acorn design. The lock is marked England and both the lock and key are original and functional. The desk measures 39 1/2 inches tall and 37 inches at the wides point.
