This vase is absolutely beautiful! It has a breath taking elegance with deep iridescent shades of emerald green into amethyst with a sweeping swirled design or various colors originating at the top and extending down three quarters of the vase. It was created by the Rindskopf glass company of the Jugendstil Art Nouveau period Circa 1890. It has a wonderful handled metal armature in a very flowing naturalistic design indicative of the Art Nouveau Era. It stands 9 ¼ inches to the top of the handles and 4 ½ inches across the widest part of the base. It is in excellent original condition showing a great aged patina to the metal armature and one small exterior burst bubble in the making of the piece, please refer to photos. This is a great example of an elegant bygone era and would make a great addition to any art glass collection.
