Here is a beautiful, large pendant necklace. It is unsigned yet beautifully designed and constructed. We estimate this pretty and substantial piece dates to the Art Deco era, circa 1920's - 1930's.
The pendant is elongated with a scalloped edge with beautiful stamped design work, both front and back. The front of the piece has an applied intricate design of flowers, leaves or feathers and beads. In the very center is a striated brown and honey gold glass stone cabochon. It is bezel set.
The large pendant measures approximately 3-1/8"H x 2-1/4"W overall. Attached to the pendant is a wonderful rope link chain. The total length of the chain is approximately 24-1/2" in length. The chain has an old snap-shut hook clasp as a closure.
The pendant necklace is in very good condition with a few light scratches on the back of the pendant, not seen when worn, and it has a wonderful aged patina.
