Vintage Framed Print of Boy with Collie Dog by DeForest

For your consideration we are offering a wonderful framed print. It is signed: "DeForest" which was a pseudonym for "R. ATKINSON FOX". The title of the print is: "SPEAK - ROVER". The subjects are a boy and his Collie dog. Both the boy and dog are sitting on a wall. The boy has hold of the dogs paw while he holds up one finger on the other hand, as if he is training or coaching his dog to "speak". The boy is dressed in blue and red overalls, white T-shirt, gray cap and brown high top boots. This is such a charming print with strong colors and all original with glass.

The image measures approximately 8-7/8" x 6-1/4". Including the vintage wood frame, the print measures approximately 11" x 8-1/4". Excellent condition.
