This fabulous brooch is huge and wonderful. I've been told that it is an unmarked Eisenberg because it has all the typical characteristics including the craftsman's number "22" mark. Apparently the early Eisenbergs were not signed but were marked with the number of the artisan that created them. The dangles are also typical in construction of other Eisenberg brooches.
This amazing brooch boasts a very large, faceted pink stone surrounded by clear, bezel set rhinestones. Seven strands of red and pink caged rhinestones dangle from the central piece, making quite a statement.
The center portion of the brooch measures 1-3/4 inches in width and 1-1/2 inches in height. The dangles measure 3 inches in length and are 3 inches across at the widest point. This unique piece is in good vintage condition with some scratches on the metal and to the rhinestones.
