This Jensen bracelet was designed during the company's modernistic period. Quite a few of their designs in this period were fabulous and are very desirable. We love this bracelet for it's bold but not overly heavy, chunky appearance. It is wearable by either a man or woman. As you can see from photos it is comprised of two alternating links that are joined with hidden hinges. These hinges as well as the soft curve to the links enable the bracelet to have a comfortable fit on your wrist. The bracelet is substantial as the links appear to be solid cast pieces so expect a little weight.
The sterling is in excellent condition with no rips, dents, holes, cracks, deep scratches or repairs. As expected with a polished sterling surface you can find that bit of surface only scuffing or minute bites from usage. The bracelet was worn but never abused! The flange fit's in it's box with a good click and stays firm in it's closure. The bracelet also has an original figure 8 security clasp.
The marks are on the backside of the closure box as seen in the photo. They are the post WWII impressed oval, 925 S (for sterling), Denmark and 103 (design/model number). The bracelet measures 7 3/8" long minus the closure flange and is 5/8" at it's widest point. The bracelet doesn't come with any earlier mark and the design was also used for a Jensen watch.
