This sterling bracelet has a wonderful tailored look very suitable for casual clothes or that more business appropriate outfit. The large links are collar mounted rectangular pieces of carnelian with rounded corners and high polished tops. The connecting links have a center pattern of two square boxes containing prong mounted marcasites that are then bordered with identical patterns. The borders are a raised zig zag pattern accented with minute sterling balls to give the illusion of additional tiny marcasites.

The sterling is in excellent condition with no rips, dents, holes, cracks, nasty scratches, abrasions or repairs. With inspection you can see the collars for the stones have a bit of un-even surface due to hand crimping. There is also a tiny approx. 1/32 shallow indentation line in the side of a link. The flange fits into it's closure box with a good click and stays firmly closed. There is an original figure 8 security catch that also closes and opens with a light drag.

The eight carnelian stones are all in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, nicks, deep scratches or nasty abrasions and are firmly seated in their collars. They measure a hair under 5/8" long x 3/8" tall, are a lovey, deep almost terra cotta color and are very well matched. The marcasites are prong mounted with none missing and no apparent replacements.

The marks are on the backside of the closure box as seen in the photo. The bracelet minus the flange measures 7 1/2" and is 7/16" wide. A wonderful tailored bracelet for that woman who likes simple but attractive jewelry.
