This white metal cork screw is really very cool with it's removable handle cap showing an internal compartment holding four additional tools. You just unscrew the cap, slide the cork screw post out of the handle, insert another tool, re-screw the cap and voila a new bar tool. The four tools are tweezers, a flat head screw driver. a punch and a mini threaded screw.
The metal is an unknown white metal, possibly nickle as Germany used it a lot for non-silver white metal items. When inspecting the tools with a loupe I feel I am seeing evidence of silver or chrome plating. All of the metal is intact with no broken or missing pieces. You can find surface corrosion of different degrees on all five tools. It ranges from minute spots to more visible areas. You can also find some minute bites/rough spots that are almost entirely on the tweezers. The threads on the handle and cap are intact and the cap screws on and off smoothly.
The handle measures 3 3/16" long by 5/8" in diameter at it's center. From the top of the handle to the tip of the cork screw is 3 1/8" tall. The removable end cap contains the "Germany" mark.
