LAYAWAY POLICY:
We offer layaway for individual or multiple item sales over $200.00.

Your 1st. payment is due upon confirmation of your Purchase Order & each following payment is due on that date each month. Payments include shipping (free in USA - Buyer to pay for International) & tax if a State is charging for internet sales. Payments are done with Paypal - payments to be paid to: cecescorner@earthlink.net.

If you cancel or return your layaway item you will be mailed a check for your refund minus Paypal fees as applicable as Paypal does not refund their fees. Please Note: A cancelled layaway Paypal fees are covered in the 10% cancellation fee. Payments must be made on time or we reserve the right to cancel your layaway & refund your money minus all fees. If you experience a problem-CONTACT US-we're human!

Your item will be shipped within 2 business days upon receipt of final payment. If we will be out of town doing a show at the time of your final payment we will notify you in advance to make alternate arrangements. We will honor Ruby Lane's site wide return policy for our layaways minus any Paypal fees.

TAX:
We must charge tax for all states that have internet market place tax policies unless buyer has registered their resale permit with Ruby Lane.

NON PAYMENT:
If payment is not received by 14 days from our confirmation of your Purchase Order on an immediate sale (no layaway involved), buyer will be blocked & item will be re-listed. Please, contact us if there is a problem!
