This is an attractive "puffed" neo-Renaissance quatrefoil design in champleve enamel on gilded brass measuring 1 & 3/8" large. The enamel is mostly metallic teal blue with green, black, and white. The cut steels are very bright and the center is open. It is in very fine condition.
