Living in western New York state, I never really know if I'm finding arts and crafts circa 1910, or high school metal shop 1958. I know, I should be able to KNOW. This looks like the real deal particularly in that it is not for use as a penannular but is just a commercial piece for ornamentation. It is age-patinated copper with bezel set peacock-hued enamel cabochons (not likely to find these is shop class). It is 2 & 3/4 inches at its widest; 2 inch circle diameter. The enamel has a couple teeny dings you can see best at 20x.
