An unusual set from the early 1950's. A copper brooch/pendant with matching screw back earrings, signed clearly on the back of the brooch "Roslyn Hoffman". Roslyn Hoffman , I am told ,was a jewellery designer of copper jewellery , which was very popular in the early 1950's, and is very collectible today. This set consists of an unusual signed "Roslyn Hoffman" copper brooch/pendant with a very attractive goldfish bowl motif and matching copper screw back earrings. The earrings have a slightly different motif, but still an underwater one, with a deco looking flying fish . The brooch measures 2 inches tall and 1 & 5/8 inches across. The earring surface (with the fish design) measures 7/8 by 6/8 of an inch. The set is in good condition .
The buyer pays the shipping, but this set can be shipped to anywhere in the United States for $8.00. The service I use, Canada Post, generally takes 8 to 10 business days, but it has been known to be faster.
