Marvelous pairs of brass single-arm sconces, dating from the early 1900's, and found in a home in Springfield, IL. Each shield-shaped backplate is crowned with volute curls and features grooved, beveled and raised borders. A slender sconce extends from the bottom of the backplate to support an understated bobeche. These wall lamps are in excellent condition and have been professionally rewired with all of the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original non-functioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. Each sconce measures 3-3/4” wide, 10-1/8” tall, and projects 6-1/2” from the wall. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH PAIR; ONE PAIR AVAILABLE.
