This is a remarkable pair of antique silver plate double-arm sconces with their original glass bobeches, dating from the early 1900's. Each sconce features a convex oval backplate with a grooved border. Two S-shaped sconce arms extend from either side of the backplate to support two-part bobeches with gorgeous scalloped wax pans and understated candle cups. These wall lamps are in very good condition with only a hairline crack in one of the glass bobeches, as pictured, which does not detract from the beauty of the piece. The sconces have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation; each lamp measures 8-5/8” tall, 10” wide, and project 7” from the wall.
