This pair of antique double-arm sconces feature the original polychrome and date from the 1930's. Each sconce is crowned with an urn filled with fruit; below, the round backplate is ornamented with volutes, clusters of grapes, and flowers. The sconce arms, ornamented with scroll details, extend from the bottom of the backplate and hold acanthus bobeches. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with working switches; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure 10-3/4" tall, 9" wide, and project 4-3/16" from the wall.
