A gorgeous pair of antique Neoclassical single-arm sconces in their original silver plate over pewter finish, dating from the 1910s. Each convex sconce features an oval backplate crowned with a lush border of acanthus leaves; a single arm extends from the bottom of the backplate to hold a leafy bobeche hung with a dangling tassel finial. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure approximately 4-7/8" wide, 8" tall, and project 4-3/8" from the wall.
