A fabulous pair of antique Spanish Revival double-arm sconces, made and signed by Riddle, and dating from the early 1900's. Each sconce is crowned with an oval medallion surrounded with foliate flourishes; the bottom of the backplate is flanked with shields and ornamented with volutes, leaves, and inverted fleur-de-lis. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measure 12” tall, 8-3/8” wide, and project 3-1/2” from the wall.
