Stately pair of antique figural sconces in cast bronze, attributed to E. F. Caldwell, and dating from the early 1900s. These three-arm sconces feature a substantial and beautifully cast backplate crowned with a fruit-filled urn and ornamented with intricate Neoclassical details and lion heads. Three sconce arms extend from a leafy base at the bottom of the backplate, each ascending to support beautifully cast, square wax pans and candle cups. These wall lamps are in excellent condition and have been professionally rewired. Each sconce measures 19-1/2” tall, 13” wide, and project 7-3/8" from the wall.
