Splendid pairs of antique sconces in cast bronze, dating from the early 1900s, and found in a home in Lexington, KY. These double-arm sconces begin with an oval backplate "hung" from a ribbon; bows and bellflowers ornament the top and bottom. Two smooth arms descend from either side of the sconce and extend to support scalloped glass bobeches hung with sparkling "icicle" prisms. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original non-functioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. Each sconce measures 14-1/8” tall, 11-3/4” wide, and project 5" from the wall. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH PAIR.
