A breathtaking pair of antique double-arm mirrored sconces with prisms, dating from the early 1900s. Each Georgian sconce features a beautifully aged, mirrored backplate ornamented with a hand-cut flower and foliate design; the backplate is surrounded by a leafy framework crowned with a petite, inverted pineapple. Two reeded sconce arms extend from the bottom of the backplate to support foliate bobeches hung with sparkling "spear" prisms. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measure 11-1/2” tall, 9-1/2” wide, and have a projection of 4-3/4”.
