Antique double-arm Neoclassical sconce pairs, dating from the early 1900’s, and found in a home in Chicago, IL. These cast bronze Neoclassical sconces begin with an arched backplate crowned with a leaf-and-dart band and flanked with understated columns; a convex oval with a beaded border and central medallion ornaments the center. Streamlined arms extend below each column to support beautifully cast foliate bobeches hung with spear prisms. Each sconce is finished with an elegant palmette; a tassel finial suspends below. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Each sconce measures 9-5/8" wide, 13" tall, and projects 4" from the wall. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH SCONCE PAIR.
