Fabulous pairs of antique Neoclassical double-arm sconces, dating from the early 1900s, and featuring their original polychrome finish. These cast iron wall lamps feature an unusual, convex backplate, topped by a handle-like finial accented with linen fold details, stylized bellflowers, berries and volutes. Two substantial arms with lattice detailing extend below the backplate ad extend outwards to support pierced bobeches finished with cartouche-like finials. Polychrome accents in green, gold, and red highlight the sconces througout. These sconces are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all necessary attachments for modern installation. Each sconce measures 10-1/4” wide, 10-7/8” tall, and projects 4-1/8” from the wall. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH PAIR-- ONE PAIR AVAILABLE.
