A delightful pair of antique double-arm silver plated sconces, salvaged from Chicago, IL, and dating from the early 1900’s. Originally made is Germany, each sconce is crowned with a flowing bow atop a bouquet filled urn; the urn perches above the torch-shaped backplate below. Two arms flank the foliate enveloped backplate and ascend to support streamlined candle cups; a swag of leaves drapes between the acanthus embellished arms. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all necessary attachments for modern installation. Each sconce measures 9-1/8" wide, 16-1/4" tall, and projects 5" from the wall.
