Gorgeous pairs of antique double-arm sconces, signed by their maker, C.L.S, and featuring their original and nicely aged bronze over iron patina. Each sconce is crowned with an oversized finial ornamented with gadrooning and acanthus leaves; the notched backplate below features a geometric four-fold design with stylized foliates and a frame of leaf-and-dart detailing. Below, two substantial and intricately detailed arms extend from either side of the backplate to support beautifully cast candle cups. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure 14” tall, 10-1/4” wide, and projects 4-3/8” from the wall. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH SCONCE PAIR.
