A rare Art Deco speakeasy door knocker found in a home in Chicago, IL. The skyscraper shaped speakeasy features a simplistic grill in a circular design from which a petite knocker descends below. A complementary panel meant for the interior of a door has a turn lock to keep the speakeasy’s spherical door in place. The spelter speakeasy measures 4-1/4” wide and 5-3/8” in overall length.
