A charming reclaimed antique oak newel post, dating from the 1890s, and found in a home in Philadelphia, PA. The boxed Eastlake newel features deeply incised lines and an arched top with a carved and stylized fan design. The newel is in very good condition with the expected chips, dings, and wear (as pictured.) The boxed post measures 4-7/8” square and 44-1/4” tall. There is a coordinating newel available under #NNP177-RW.
