A charming turned newel post in walnut, circa 1890, and found in a home in Nashville, TN. The salvaged newel features a slender silhouette accented with chamfered edges and ribbed details; the top features simple circular faces on each side. The newel is in very good condition with some chips and dings and is missing its newel cap. It measures approx. 5-3/4” wide and 47-1/4” tall.
